PURPOSE:To enable to operate a compressor continuously for a long time, by supplying regenerated clean oil by way of repeated circulation of the same by combining the continuous regenerating process for regenerating lubricating oil contaminated by chemical substances by way of ''hot-water extracting'' method with the compressor or a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:In a paraformaldehyde manufacturing process, lubricating oil contaminated by chemical substances produced by the process is stored in a contaminated-oil tank 4, in which solid components contained in the oil are dissolved by hot water supplied from a pipe 4a. Then, the oil is carried to the next regenerating process in a continuous manner. In an extraction tank 5, paraformaldehyde, etc. are extracted from the lubricating oil by supplying hot water from a pipe 5a and heating the oil while agitating the same. Then, in a two-layer separation tank 6, the liquid after treatment in the extraction tank 5 is separated into an upper layer of lubricating oil and a lower layer of hot water containing formaldehyde which is discharged to the outside from the bottom of the tank 6. On the other hand, regenerated lubricating oil in the upper layer is passed through a filter 7 and cooled to the room temperature in a cooler 8. Then, it is stored in a regenerated-oil tank 9 and supplied to a cylinder of a vacuum pump 3 continuously by a pump. Thus, it is enabled to operate a compressor or a vacuum pump continuously. |
