PURPOSE:To prevent clamped molds from opening and to save power in an injection molding machine or the like by unloading a hydraulic pump to a mold clamping cylinder so that a toggle mechanism is not opened forcedly by a forward limit signal due to a mold clamping cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a direction changeover valve 12 is excited, a mold clamping cylinder 17 comes by the hydraulic force of hydraulic pumps 31, 32 in operation, a die plate 14 advances through a toggle mechanism 19 and both molds 36, 37 are clamped. Now, the other end of the guide bar 35 is stored in a linkhousing 18, then, a stopper 40 advances by the operation of a cylinder 38 to prevent the guide bar 35 from coming back. Therefore, the die plate 14 is prevented from coming back in spite of the looseness of the toggle mechanism during interruption of electric service or vibration, and molten resin is prevented from ejecting. The advance of the stopper 40 turns on a limit switch 41 and the excitation of an unloader 42 unloads the pump 31 to improve the power saving effect. |
