PURPOSE:To realize the replacement and retrieval at the spot side, by providing a list concerning the maintenance or an exchange period of a subject to be monitored to a service processor, then providing a maintenance control data at the spot side of a system. CONSTITUTION:A service processor 7 is supported by a no-break power supply separately from the system side. A control part 9 applies and cuts off the power supply at the side of subjects to be controlled 1-6 and reports the time points of these application and cut-off of the power supply to a processing part 8. The part 8 processes a data and stores the result in a memory 10. The data stored and controlled through the memory 10 includes (a) the application and cut-off times (history) of a power supply to the system side, (b) the integrated time of application (cumulative time) and (c) the estimated maintenance period information concerning the system side (lifetime or necessary maintenance period list). The retrieval and collation are carried out when necessary or periodically with operation of the processor 7 to extract the time longer than the cumulative time for display at an output part 11 or output after printing. |
