PURPOSE:To facilitate a numbering process, by pushing a specific key for numbering to read a program for numbering out of a storage part and then designating the position, the style of type and the size of the numbers as well as characters. CONSTITUTION:Various types of programs for functioning of a CPU100 and the document information are stored in a storage device MEM200. The numbered positions on a display screen are designated by a cursor key 403 on a keyboard 400 while looking at the display screen of a CRT display part 300. Then numeric characters for numbering are supplied 402. A numbering indication key 404 is operated to designate that the supplied numeric characters function as the numbering information. Then an ordinary document is fed, and a numbering indication key 400 is pushed every time the numbering is needed. Thus the numbering is automatically carried out in accordance with the program stored in the MEM 400 and the first numbering input. In such a way, the procedure can be simplified for a numbering process. |
