PURPOSE:To prevent a misoperation of an automatic transaction device, by producing an alarm in voices or by a display when a cutomer has a misoperation. CONSTITUTION:An invalid display control part 12 monitors the output of a sensor provided to each transaction mechanism and detects that a user has an operation of transaction (misoperation) other than those to be performed next. A push of a wrong card is informed to the part 12 in the form of a card detecting output of a sensor 10. At the same time, an invalid input data that is decided at a transaction state storage part 4 for the data fed by a customer through a keyboard 13 is formed to the part 12. As a result, the part 12 has a guiding operation to urge a correct operation to the customer through a speaker 14 or a guidance display part 7 and via an invalid display data storage part 13. |
