<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a nice decorative sheet by a method wherein a pattern print layer, a soild print layer, a printing ink layer are provided, embossments with deep cavities are formed on the surface of this film and then projecting parts formed at the back are ground and removed to provide a color-inked layer all over the back. CONSTITUTION:A pattern print layer 2 is provided on the back of a transparent vinylchloride film 1, a solid print layer 3 is made under said layer and further coated with a white or light color print layer 4. When the sheet obtained in this way is embossed on the surface, a projecting parts (b) appears behind the recessed parts (a) of the surface. Then, only the projecting parts (b) at the back of the embossed sheet A is ground to remove the printing ink layer 4, the solid print layer 3, the pattern print layer 2 on said parts to expose a vinylchloride film surface 1' and to form the color-inked layer 5. Thus, it is possible to obtain a decorative sheet with a nice decorative pattern.</p> |
