PURPOSE:To improve insulation between two positive cans by mixing glass beads into a coating agent which foams an insulating and coating film. CONSTITUTION:A negative electrode can 7 consisting of metal material is composed of a bottomed part 7a, a cylindrical rising part 7b built-up vertically upwards from the periphery of said bottomed part 7a and a stepped part 7c provided halfway of the inner wall of said built-up part 7b, while the surface of the built-up part 7b is coated with an insulating and coating film. A positive electrode can 8 consisting of metal material is composed of the top surface 8a and a cylindrical part 8b bent vertically downwards from the periphery of the top surface 8a. The positive electrode can 8 and the negative electrode can 7 are fitted to each other water-tightly through the insulating and coating film 7d by shrink fitting or pressing-in the cylindrical part 8b of the positive electrode can 8 on or around the outer peripheral surface of the rising part 7b of the negative electrode can 7.
