PURPOSE:To prevent a battery from dying by connecting a switching device between the battery and the 2nd rectification output terminal and making an initial energizing curent constant, detecting no power generation due to the breaking, etc., of an energizing circuit turn on a charge pilot lamp. CONSTITUTION:The switching device 7 functions to flow the constant initial energizing current necessary for a rise to a field system coil 102 and its current value is requested by a rising characteristics to select a low value. Therefore, the voltage at the 2nd rectification output terminal 202 is lower than the 2nd prescribed value for specifying nongeneration of electricity and the charge pilot lamp 6 is turned on. When a generator 1 generates a voltage, the charge pilot lamp turns off, but if the wiring of the field system coil 102 as part of an energizing circuit and transistors 302 and 303 causes an open defect, the voltage at the 2nd rectification output terminal 202 drops below the 2nd prescribed value set by the switching device 7 to turn on the charge pilot lamp 6 and to inform a nongeneration state. |
