PURPOSE:To simplify the production and assembling of a speaker by inserting a voice coil of a diaphragm into a jig fitted to the center penetration hole of a frame, adhering the periphery of the diaphragm to the peripheral part of the frame, and removing said jig to insert a magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 4' formed a dust cap 5' in one body at its center is installed and the ring-like stepped part of the dust cap 5' is fitted and adhered to the upper part of the voice coil bobbin with an adhesive material. The cylindrical part 61 of the jig 6 is inserted into the frame 1 consisting of resin mold from its back and a head part 62 concentrical with the cylindrical part 61 is projected to the front of the frame 1. The coil bobbin is fitted to the head part 62 and the periphery of the diaphragm 4 is adhered to the periphery of the frame 1. After removing the jig 6, the magnetic circuit 2 is fitted to the part occupied by the jig 6 and the coil bobbin 3 is inserted into the magnetic gap 21 so as to be freely oscillated. Consequently the assembling is simplified and the reliability is improved. |
