PURPOSE:To prevent outflow of resin while it is flowing by mixing a hardener to an adhesive agent of a composite sheet or tape obtained by laminating heat- proof base materials and by quickly hardening the resin in the form of film which is in contact with the sheet or tape at the initial hardening stage of impregnation thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A hardener is mixed to the adhesive agent of a composite material consisting of two or more kinds of fraked mica or synthesized mica and glass fiber, amyloid paper, nonfabric or heat-proof film. When an impregnation resin is hardened when it is heated, the resin being in contact with the sheet or tape at the initial stage is precedingly hardened into a film by the hardener to the flowing resin. At adhesive agent of a composite sheet or tape should not interface efficiency of the hardener (generation of hardended resin film). As a thermosetting resin, the epoxy resin is used, while as the base of adhesive agent mixing the hardener at the initial stage of hardening of the impregnation resin, solution of epoxyester or heat resistant alkyd is used. |
