PURPOSE:To obtain a thinner transformer by arranging a plurality of square- pillared cores to the frame core and by providing whindings to such square-pillared cores. CONSTITUTION:The hoop of electro-magnetic steel such as a silicon steel plate, amorphous magnetic alloy plate or iron-nickel alloy plate is wound, or the electro-magnetic steel plates punched into I-shape are laminated at the opposing surfaces of the frame cares 6, 7 consisting of ferrite core, or a plurality of squarepillared cores 8, 9 consisting ferrite are arranged in such a manner as dividing the frame core 6 or 7 into three parts. This square-pillared core 8 is provided with the primary winding 11 through the coil bobbin 10, while the square-pillared core 9 is provided with the secondary core 13 through the coil bobbin 12. |
