PURPOSE:To discriminate the contents of a signal precisely, by generating a rectangular wave pulse on the basis of a vertical synchronizing signal, integrating the rectangular wave pulse to discriminate the level and operating a D-type flip-flop in accordance with the discriminated result. CONSTITUTION:A vertical synchronizing signal obtained from a vertical synchronization separating circuit 1 is applied to a monostable multivibrator 2 and also applied to the D-type flip-flop 5 as a clock pulse. A rectangular wave pulse with prescribed pulse width outputted from the monostable multivibrator 2 is integrated by an integrating circuit 3 and the level of the integrated voltage is discriminated by a comparator 4. The output of the comparator 4 is inputted to the D-type flip-flop 5 as a data input signal. The discrimination output is obtained from the D-type flip-flop 5. |
