PURPOSE:To attain uniform original carrying without change in the optical path length by forming an inner surface of a post guide plate with an insulating material, and carrying the original while adsorbing the original on the post guide plate by using positively static electricity generated between the said post guide plate and the original. CONSTITUTION:In an original reading section carrier, the tip of the original 13 carried from paper feed rubber rollers 3a, 3b is adsorbed on an inner surface 12a of the post-guide plate 4a with the static electricity produced at an original insertion section or the like, and carried on the said inner surface 12a while being slided. Since the adsorbing force due to the static electricity in this case is decreased proportional to the square of the distance between the substances, the original 13 is not adsorbed on a preguide plate 4b at the right side shown in Figure. If the static electricity produced at the original insertion section is not sufficient due to the effect of humidity, the original 13 slides on an insulating paint 12c and carried while being adsorbed on the inner surface 12a with the static electricity generated, no change is given to an optical path length L, and the original is carried stably. |
