PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a collision detector and noitce of collision in each station, by detecting the collision and connecting a collision informing device transmitting a collision notice signal to each station in the network to the network, in a main bidirectional communication line. CONSTITUTION:In detecting the collision on a communication line, the collision detector 10 connected at an arbitrary position on the communication line activates an output of a transmitter 5 and outputs the collision notice signal outputted from the collision detector 8 to the communication line. When the collision notice signal exists on the communication line, a collision notice signal detector 11 of an access devece installed in each station detects and it is informed to an access controller 6. In this case, when the station itself outputs a communication signal, the access controller 6 informs the failed transmission of the signal to a data processor in the station. |
