PURPOSE:To evaporate the moisture in washing water and to recover salts in a molten salt easily, by washing the materials to be treated which are heat treated with the molten salt, and spraying the washing water which has washed away the stuck salts onto the surfaces of the molten salt of high temp. CONSTITUTION:Objects 2 to be heated which are heated to high temp. in a salt bath 1 are hoisted with a chain 3 and are cooled; thereafter, the salts carried over by sticking on the objects 2 are washed away in washing tanks 4, 5, whereby the heat treatment is finished. The washing water in the tanks 4, 5 contg. salts is fed with a transport pump 7 onto the bath 1, and is sprayed onto the surface thereof through many nozzles 9. The sprayed water is evaporated of moisture by the molten salt of high temp. and the salts are recovered in the molten salt. The flow rate of the spray water from the nozzles 9 is controlled with a flow rate control device 10 and a control valve 8 according to the temp. of the bath 1, whereby the uneven temps. of the molten salt are eliminated. |
