PURPOSE:To enhance productivity and improve heat radiating efficiency of coil by utilizing -shaped magnetic circuit which is formed by combining two L- shaped and U-shaped cores obtained through cutting of wound core. CONSTITUTION:L-shaped cores cores 6, 7 are combined for forming the T-shaped cores and the combined leg is provided with a coil 9 consisting of the primary winding and secondary winding through a coil bobbin 8. The U-shaped cores 10, 11 consisting of the electro-magnetic steel plate are arranged on the upper surface of the L-shaped cores 6, 7. When it is viewed from above side, the -shaped magnetic circuit 12 is configurated by the L-shaped cores 6, 7 and the U- shaped cores 10, 11. The L-shaped cores 6, 7 and U-shaped cores 10, 11 form a frame type winding core 13 through winding of the hoop material consisting of electro-magnetic steel and it is cut in such a manner as dividing it into two parts of the U-shaped core 10 or 11 and the L-shaped cores 6, 7 are formed by cutting such U-shaped core 10 or 11 in such a manner as dividing it into two parts. When the cutting ends are welded previously, it is not disassembled. |
