PURPOSE:To prevent the input miss of the amount of money of sales and the person in charge of transaction, by giving information for the name of the person in charge of transaction and information of the amount of money of sales as calculating factors of a verify number. CONSTITUTION:When a balance key 24 is operated for registration of the balance, this operation information becomes a trigger signal of a discriminator 23. The number of the least significant digit of contents of an entry register 22 which are inputted by an entry key 14 is stored as the verify number in a verify number register 26, and contents of the register 22 except the least significant digit are stored as the balance in a balance register 25. A verify number generator 19 adds the decoded number of a selecting switch 13 for the person in charge and the number of each digit of the balance register 25 and takes one digit of the result to generate the verify number. Two verify numbers are compared with each other in a comparator 27; and only when they coincide with each other, contents of the balance register are inputted to a subtotal register 29 and are printed. |
