PURPOSE:To uniformalize the compressor working ratio and improve the durability of the titled conditioner by carrying out the starting of the compressor successively by a nuidirectional rotary switch, and the order of the starting is reversed at the left half and right half, in the separation type air conditioner provided with a plurality of compressors. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary switch 5 is rotated, an indoor power source 4 is first connected to an indoor blower 6 through a blast contact 25 to carry out the blasting. When the rotary switch 5 is further rotated, a weak cooling contact 27 forms a circuit of an auxiliary relay 23, a relay 21, a heater part 16, and an indoor power source 4, and carries not weak cooling driving, thus driving an outdoor compressor 7, and outdoor blowers 13 and 14. Furthermore, at the position of a strong cooling contact 29 the air conditioner is switched to the driving of the compressor 10. When the switch is turned to the left hand, the mode of operation is once off, and then only blasting is carried ont in the order of contacts 26, 28 and 30, weak cooling operation by the compressor 10 and strong cooling operation by the compressor 7, are respectively carried out. |
