PURPOSE:To make the electric power unrequired, by utilizing the head and a separately provided high pressure heating medium vapor pressure of a high pressure heat collector provided between a heat collector and a heat exchanger to circulate a heating medium, and circulating a heating medium for the high pressure heat collector by said head and the circulating heating medium delivering power. CONSTITUTION:The heating medium 13 vaporized in the first heat collector reaches the output side of the heat exchanger 2. At this time, when the liquid level of bomber drums 17a, 17b of a first pump mechanism 15 is at the low position Le, the heating medium 13 is flowed from the heat exchanger 2 by the potential energy due to the heat, and the high pressure heating medium vapor of the second heat collector 12 enters the drums 17a, 17b, so that the heating medidum is delivered to the heat collector 11 via check valves 20a, 20b. A second pump mechanism 25 is actuated by the delivering power of the first pump mechanism 15 and the liquid surface in the bomber deums 27a, 27b so that the heating medium in the second heat collector 12 is circulated.
