PURPOSE:To facilitate change of program instructions, by providing an address information register independently of a storage memory for microporgram instructions and storing trace information when the memory is a read-only memory. CONSTITUTION:Each micor (mu) program instrcution is stored in a mu program memory 1 of a mu program controller, and the instruction is read out to a mu program instruction register 2 and is decoded and executed by a mu program instruction controlling circuit 3. Storage address information of each program instruction in the memory 1 is stored in an address information register 6 connected to an input rewriting means 7. Contents of this register 6 and an execution address register 4 are compared with each other in a comparing circuit 10, and a controlling circuit 11 is controlled by the output of the circuit 10. A gate circuit 8 through which the address of the register 4 is inputted to a save address register 5 is controlled by the circuit 11, and the output of the circuit 3 is applied to the register 4 through a gate circuit 9, thus facilitating the change of program instructions. |
