PURPOSE:To make a transformer small-sized to make a DC stabilized power supply device small-sized, by adopting the center tap type rectifying system in case of a normal load current and switching the system to the bridge type rectifying system in case of a large load corrent. CONSTITUTION:At the time point when a load current I flowed to a resistance R11 becomes slightly larger than a normal current i1, a transistor (TR)Tr is turned on. Then, the voltage at a point (j) is lowered, and the output of a comparator 2 becomes H, and thyristors TH1 and TH2 are turned on. Thus, the center tap type rectifying system is switched to the bridge type rectifying system, and an eliminator voltage V is changed from a point (f) to a point (g). When the load current starts falling from a value i<2> to reach a point (e) where the load current is slightly larger than the current i2, the TR Tr is turned off, and the voltage at the point (j) rises, and the output of the comparator 2 becomes L. Thus, the eliminator voltage V is changed from the point (g) to the point (f), and the voltage becomes a corresponding voltage value V1 when the load current becomes the normal load current (i1). |
