PURPOSE:To automatically decrease a gap between both turning and fixed scrolls, by idly fitting an eccentric cylinder member fitted to an eccentric shaft to a turning scroll bearing and controlling a turning radius with a turning effect urged through a spring in the direction of increasing an eccentric radius. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder member 7 is inserted into an eccentric shaft 6b of a crankshaft 6, and pins 9, 10 are fixedly press fitted respectively to a pin hole 7d of a flange 7c and a pin hole 6e of a disc 6c, while the pin 9 is extended through a circular arc hole 6d, and each end 8a, 8b of a spring 8 is stopped to point ends of the both pins 9, 10. Then the member 7 is rotated to a certain angle against spring tension to move the center of an external contour cylinder, for instance, as to positions 13a, 13b, and a distance from the center 12 of the crankshaft 6, that is, an eccentric radius is changed as shown by distances 14a, 14b. A scroll compressor built with this crankshaft receives initial force, in which a turning scroll is pressed to the outside, and teeth of the turning scroll are turned profiling teeth of a fixed scroll. |
