PURPOSE:To obtain the cassette-half, the inclination of a guide pin thereof is reduced, by injecting and molding melted resin by using a die mounted separately by specific length or more from the guide pin of the cassette half at the position of a gate for injecting melted resin. CONSTITUTION:When the cassette-half 11 is injected and molded by using a die with cavities 21 for the cassette-half, cavities 22 for guide pin sections, the side gate 23 and a runner 24, the die disposed at a position where the side gate 23 is separated by 2mm. or more (preferably, 2.5mm. or more) from the positions of the guide pins 13 is used. It is preferably that rubber particles, the ratios b/a of short diameters to long diameters are 0.5 or more, are made contain around the roots of the guide pins 13, 13 of the cassette half. When the width, thickness and depth of the gate are each defined as W, H and L and the width and thickness of the cassette-half cavity 21 are each defined as B and C, a formula W/B=H/C is formed in the size of the gate section, and it is preferable that L(W+H)/WH is 1.58-4.00. |
