PURPOSE:To obtain the long-sized titled device easily without adding a special external circuit by using two kinds of film carriers, in which the internal wiring thereof is the same and the extracting directions of data output leads thereof are reverse. CONSTITUTION:The data output leads are extracted from the right direction toward a heating resistor 503 in the film carriers 1,3,5...43, 45...87, and connected under the state in which they are stacked onto electrodes to be connected. The data output leads are extracted from the left side toward the resistor 503 in the film carriers 2,4,6...44,46...48, and each connected to corresponding electrodes under the state in which they are stacked onto electrodes adjacent to the electrodes to be connected. |
