PURPOSE:To eliminate the warpage of a stator by forming pole teeth on the surface of a stator opposite to the pole teeth surface. CONSTITUTION:In a linear stepping motor, the pole teeth 30 of a stator 20 and the pole teeth 42 of a rotor 40 are opposed via small air gap, and when an exciting current is flowed through a coil 46 wound on a plurality of poles 44 of the rotor 40, which is moved so that the teeth 42 formed on the poles 44 and the teeth 30 of the stator 20 are aligned. In this motor, the teeth of the same number as the teeth 30 are simultaneously pressed on the end face opposite to the teeth 30 which do not affect the influence to the function upon pressing of the similar teeth. In this manner, the punching stresses at both sides of a core sheet 10 become equal, thereby eliminating the warpage of the stator. |
