PURPOSE:To take out metallic foil without causing flaws, by placing a protective sheet between the metallic foil and a bed and applying external force to the protective sheet by pin or high pressure air after forming. CONSTITUTION:A protective sheet 8 is placed on a bed 1 and metallic foil 5 is placed on the protective sheet 8. The protective sheet 8 is made thinner than the metallic foil 5 and low in Young's modulus. A high-pressure liquid 6 is injected into inlets 2a, 3a of a die 2 and a keep plate 3, and the metallic foil 5 is pressed against the bed 1 to form the metallic foil 5. After forming, external force of a pin or high pressure air is applied to the protective sheet 8 from holes 1a, 1b of the bed 1 and the metallic foil 5 is taken out from the bed 1 without giving flaws to the metallic foil. |
