PURPOSE:To obtain the titled head, in which the swelling of the end section of a lower glass layer is inhibited to a minimum through screen process printing and the inclination of the end section is smoothed and which can prevent disconnection and short circuits in the end section of the glass layer of a conductor wired onto the end section. CONSTITUTION:When an emulsion is applied onto both upper and lower surfaces of a screen mesh 71 and printing pattern films 73, 72 are each formed, printing is executed by using a printing screen 7 in which the size A of the pattern of the upper printing pattern film 73 with which a squeezee 8 is in contact is made slightly smaller than the size B of the pattern of the lower printing pattern film 72, and the end section of glass paste 9A is rounded smoothly. |
