In order to place the concrete mass in an exactly proportioned manner in a formwork by means of a rotary vane feeder (3, 4), the vane wheel (3) with its vane elements must be matched accurately to the annular channel (4) in which the vane wheel rotates. Sizable stones sometimes cause high jamming stresses to occur here at the free ends of the vane elements, which result in the flexible sealing strips at these ends being torn off. In a further development of the concrete-spreading apparatus according to the main patent 3041905.7, it is proposed either to make the vane elements (5) on a broad fastening base over the entire height from a fully flexible material with a tooth-shaped cross-sectional profile (5') or else, instead of the vane elements, to provide the cylinder shell (31) of the vane wheel (3) with a vane-stud profile (50), the vane studs of which have blade surfaces running obliquely with respect to the direction of rotation. <IMAGE>
