PURPOSE:To obtain transfer foil being excellent in adhesiveness to covering resin by forming a release varnish layer formed of specified additionally-polymerized type polyolefin resin, a picture-pattern layer and an adhesive-agent layer on one surface of a film substrate. CONSTITUTION:A release varnish layer 6 of resin which can be bonded by melting to polyolefin, or preferably of chlorinated polyolefin resin having the chlorine content of 45-13%, is formed on one surface of a base film 5 such as paper, and a picture-pattern layer 7 is provided on said layer. Furthermore, a heat-sensitive adhesive agent layer 8 having thermal adhesiveness is formed on the picture-pattern layer, and thereby an aimed transfer foil is obtained. |
