A radio-frequency cable is specified, in which the corrugated tube forming the outer conductor is provided with corrugation crests which are flattened parallel to the axis and lie radially on the outside so that the outer envelope of insulating material has an essentially smooth-cylindrical contact surface and is prevented from penetrating into the corrugation troughs, as a result of which, on the one hand, an adverse effect on the flexibility of the radio-frequency cable is prevented and, on the other hand, a smooth-cylindrical outer contour of the envelope is ensured.
