PURPOSE:To keep clearance for trimming constant and prevent lowering of quality of working by separating a trimming cut edge from a floating punch to make it a fixed punch and providing the punch part in a body with a lower holder. CONSTITUTION:A fixed punch part 20 is protruded upward in a body from a lower holder, and a cutting edge 13 for trimming is formed in the fixed punch part 20. A panel part W is placed on a floating punch 4 and an upper holder 2 is lowered, and the part W is held between a pad 8 and the floating punch 4. The upper holder 2 is further lowered to compress an elastic body 5, and flanging up is performed by the floating punch 4 and a flange die 6. When the upper holder 2 is further lowered, an elastic body 9 is compressed and deformed. The pad 8 moves upward against the upper holder 2, and the part W is trimmed by shearing action of a trimming die 10 and the cutting edge 13 for trimming of the fixed punch part 20. |
