PURPOSE:To obtain a controller for operating a cage to the nearest floor with an inexpensive structure by inserting a fuse into each phase of a main inverter, controlling the motor with other phase when said fuse is melted and operating the cage. CONSTITUTION:When elements of either phase of a main inverter such as transistors 3A, 3B are simultaneously turned ON during running of a cage 13, a fuse 15A is melted, a fusion detector 16A operates, and a signal is fed to a control circuit 7. The circuit 7 immediately interrupts the control signal to the transistors 3A, 3B, and controls transistors 3C-3F of other 2 phases, thereby feeding the cage 13 to the nearest floor. In other words, single phase power drive is controlled by conducting the transistors 3C, 3F and 3E, 3D as pairs, and control torque is produced by controlled either of the transistors 3C, 3F or 3E, 3D, thereby applying DC braking. |
