<p>PURPOSE:To make the quantity of discharge from a liquid injection pump constant regardless of the variation of pressure on the extruder side, and to stabilize the quantity of a liquid injected by disposing a primary pressure regulating valve keeping discharge pressure from the liquid injection pump constant between the liquid injection pump and the extruder. CONSTITUTION:In the liquid injector which pumps up a crosslinking agent 1 from a melting tank 2 by a pump 3 and forwards the agent 1 to an extruder 6 by pressure, a primary pressure regulating valve 8 is disposed between the pump 3 and the extruder 6, and the discharge port side of the pump 3 is kept at fixed pressure remarkably higher than the primary pressure, pressure in the cylinder of the extruder 6 on the discharge port side of the pump 3. It is preferable that a safety valve 9 is provided branched from a section between the primary pressure regulating valve 8 and the extruder 6, and a piping 10 returning to the melting tank 2 is set up at another end.</p> |
