PURPOSE:To attain the manufacture replacing a new-creation type failure loop into a conventional failure loop, by eliminating a part of a transfer path constituting a failed loop. CONSTITUTION:Taking the loop number of each minor loop 1 as 11-14, suppose that the loop number 12 is a new-creation type failure loop and the location of the failure is a failed part 12a shown in a mark X. In the failed loop 1 of the loop number 12, a laser light is irradiated to a chevron pattern 12c being the center of chevron patterns 12b, 12c, 12d forming the failure loop, the failed part is cut off to form a failed loop 1' eliminating the pattern 12c as shown in frame 12C. In this case, N2 laser is used as the laser light. |
