PURPOSE:To obtain a stable reference voltage, by changing the amplification factor of an operational amplifier designating a diode voltage as an input with a series circuit comprising a thermo-sensitive resistance element and a resistor. CONSTITUTION:An operational amplifier 4 uses a voltage VDF of a diode 3 as one input, and a voltage divided by the output voltage V0 at the thermosensitive resistance element 5 and the resistor 6, is used as the other input. Thus, the amplification factor of the amplifier 4 is determined by the element 5 and the resistor 6 to obtain the reference voltage VR=V0R6/(R5+R6). The temperature characteristics of the reference voltage VR is improved and the very stable reference voltage is obtained. |
