PURPOSE:To prevent a fault due to congestion, by deciding repetitively the priority from the jumping frequencies to ''No request for process'', i.e., the lowest priority when a job searching instruction is executed with an address generating circuit of a central processing part. CONSTITUTION:The start and release conditions of congestion are set previously to a counter 14 by a program instruction via a control condition setting signal line 19. The generating frequencies are counted for prescribed period by a counter input line 15 for an instruction ''No request for process'' which is delivered repetitively during an idle state of a central processing part among job searching instructions of each address signal line 13 (#1Nm). Then the priority is decided from above-mentioned frequencies and duration of instruction. A jump table J2 of a main storage part 2 is designated, and the address is indicated and started for a congestion controlling program 22. The counter 14 repeats counting via the line 15 to cope with variations of priority. This process can prevent a fault due to abnormal congestion of traffic. |
