PURPOSE:To manufacture a titled filter block efficiently, by manufacturing a series of plural pieces by a simultaneous work by use of a terminal frame. CONSTITUTION:A series of terminal parts 2 are constituted by punching a hoop material by a die. At the tip of the terminal part 2, an upward cut bending piece 3 is provided on both sides, a chip capacitor 5 is placed on its opposed cut- rise piece 3, and its electrode part 6 and the cut bending piece 3 are soldered. Subsequently, a series of plural groups of the part containing this chip capacitor 5 and the cut bending piece 3 are inserted and formed simultaneously, and a base part 7 is constituted. When forming the base part 7 by making a bobbin 8 of an inductance element adhere onto the upper face of the base part 7, wiring is executed to a wiring terminal 4 constituted by exposing a part of the cut bending piece 3 from the upper face of the base part. Subsequently, plural groups of the part containing these series of base parts 7 and the bobbin 8 are mold-formed again by a synthetic resin, and thereafter, are separated into each unit by cutting a connecting part 1. |
