PURPOSE:To continue a transaction, by connecting a monitoring control device to plural transaction terminal machines through a transmission line, and giving a release instruction and a customer leading display instruction to one terminal machine to the other terminal machine, respectively, when an abnormal is generated in one terminal machine. CONSTITUTION:Plural unattended depositing and paying machines ATM20 such as an automatic cash paying machine, an automatic cash depositing machine, etc. are provided on a transaction processing device, and to said each depositing and paying machine 20, a remote monitoring control device ARMC10 is connected through a transmission line. On this control device 10, a memory for storing the state information, customer information and abnormal state generating information of each depositing and paying machine 20 is provided, and state, customer and abnormal state generating information sent from each depositing and paying machine 20 is stored. In this state, when an abnormal state is generated in one depositing and paying machine 20, a release instruction is transmitted to its abnormal state generated depositing and paying machine, a customer leading display instruction is transmitted to other depositing and paying machines, also an idle depositing and paying machine is retrieved, continuation of the halted transaction is instructed, and the transaction is continued. |
