PURPOSE:To detect any leakage of cooling medium by providing a cooling system with a mixing device for intermixing the third component while providing an analyzer device of the third component connecting to the side of a cell proper and a receiving tank. CONSTITUTION:A circulation system of a cooling medium is provided with a mixing device 5 for the third component according to this invention on the side of an entrance in order to mix the third component except fuel, oxidant gas, as well as gas and liquid to be sealed in a receiving tank 4, with the cooling medium. A detection device 6 of the third component is connected to the exhaustion systems 33 and 34 of fuel and oxidant gas as well as to the receiving tank 4 and when the third component is detected by said detection device 6, it indicates that leakage of cooling medium in the cooling system is caused. As the third component to be mixed, gas soluble in the cooling medium and liquid volatile at an operation temperature of a cell are desirable and in case pressurized water is used as the cooling medium, inert gas such as He and Ar as well as water-soluble liquids such as ammonia and alcohol are suitable. |
