PURPOSE:To simplify such operation as preparation, correction, etc. of a business form, and to easily increase or reform the business form, by providing a means for displaying, correcting and storing the business form and its correction, in accordance with an electronic computer and a printing device. CONSTITUTION:On an automatic business form preparing device, an electronic computer 1 for collecting, working and editing a process data to a business form is provided, and to this computer 1, a cathode ray tube display 4 having a function for displaying the correcting the business form and the data is connected. Also, to the computer 1, a floppy disk 7 for storing various business forms and data is connected, and to the display 4, a keyboard 5 and a light pen 6 are connected. Also, to the display 4, a printing device 20 containing a hard copy device is connected, and by the device 20, the business form is prepared by use of a white paper business form 30 of a free form. In this way, various business forms are prepared and corrected freely by using the display 4 by the keyboard 5 and the light pen 6, also hard copy can be executed, and the operation is simplified. |
