PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to make the manufacture easy, by making the rotor winding of a rotary transformer one turn with wires having square cross section and making the area of opposing surfaces of the rotor and stator windings almost equal. CONSTITUTION:Figure shows a cross section where a rotor core 18 and a stator core 22 are opposed with each other. The winding of the 1st and the 2nd channels 19, 20 of the rotor side is one turn respectively and short-rings 21, 25 are provided. The winding of the 1st and the 2nd channels 23, 24 of the stator side is 4-turn with a round wire. An air gap 26 is formed between both cores 18 and 22. |
