PURPOSE:To enable to perform a local cooling as well as to prevent a detector from contamination of dust without spatial restrictions by a method wherein a blower is constituted in such a manner that a fan is attached to a rotating shaft such as of a pulley and the like, and the air current generated by the fan is introduced into a duct. CONSTITUTION:A fan 15 is attached to the shaft 14 of a pulley 13. The external circumference of the fan 15 is covered by a case 18, and on the case 18, an air intake port is provided keeping out of the pulley shaft 14 and an air exhaust port 17, with which air is exhausted from the external circumference of the fan 15, is provided. The case 18 is supported to a housing by a fitting 24, one end of the duct 19 is connected to the exhaust port 17, and its other end is led to the place to be attached. |
