PURPOSE:To pevent the generation of waveform distortion appearing in an output signal, by forcibly discharging the charge accumulated in an output transistor. CONSTITUTION:When one of input signals supplied to terminals T1, T2 attains to L level, collector voltage of a transistor (TR) Q2 attains to H level, a TRQ3 turns on, and a part of an emitter current is reduced to a base current of a TRQ4. Accordingly, the TRQ4 turns on, and no base currnt is supplied to a TRQ5, so that it turns off. As a result, an output level of an output signal appearing in a terminal T4 is switched to an H level from an L level. When the TRQ3 is switched to an on-state, a base current is supplied to a TRQ6 through a resistance R5. Subsequently, to the collector of the TRQ6, base voltage VBE of the TRQ5 is supplied as collector voltage. Accordingly, from the instant when the Q3 turns on, the TRQ6 turns on by synchronizing with the Q3. In this way, discharge of the charge is executed. |
