PURPOSE:To set a repertory dial without executing an unnecessary operation of a switchboard, by providing a repertory circuit, a timer, a setting interlocking switch and an indicator. CONSTITUTION:In a repertory dial setting device, when a setting button-switch 8 is depressed, a timer 7 is operated. When synchronization with a switchboard is secured, a signal oscillator sends out a calling level, and a controlling circuit 5 turns on an electronic hook switch 10. A repertory circuit 6 turns on an indicator 14, and informs to a subscriber that a repertory dial can be set. Subsequently, from a push-button switch 12, a ground number of the repertory dial and a telephone number are inputted and are stored in a memory 13, and simultaneously, are displayed. In this way, the repertory dial can be set without executing an unnecessary operation of an electronic switchboard. |
