PURPOSE:To prevent unstable revolution due to an insufficient suction by slowly changing an idling-speed control valve set up into a throttling bypass to learning value from full admission on idling just after starting when an internal-combustion engine is kept at a predetermined temperature or more. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit controlling the idling-speed control valve (ISCV) decides the time of starting at a step 52 in a processing routine in case of starting, brings the control value D of the ISCV to 100% (full admission) at a step 53 on starting, and brings a decreasing flag to ''1'' at a step 54. When starting is completed, whether or not the decreasing flag is ''1'' is decided at a step 55, whether or not water temperature is kept at a prescribed value or more is decided at a step 56 when the flag is ''1'', and control value is subtracted continuously only by the prescribed value until it reaches learning value DG at every fixed time at steps 59, 60 when water temperature is kept at the prescribed value or more and the control value D of learning value DG or more is decided at a step 58. |
