PURPOSE:The titled composition obtained by adding a segmented polyester polyolefin-based copolymer to a composition consisting of a polyarylate and a styrenic resin, keeping characteristics of the composition, having improved stability of quality and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. composition obtained by blending a polyarylate with a styrenic resin in a weight ratio of (5:95)-(95:5) is blended with 1-50pts.wt. segmented polyester polyolefinic copolymer prepared by polymerizing 10- 1,000pts.wt. olefinic monomer (e.g., olefin, or aromatic vinyl compound) in the presence of 100pts.wt. polyester having an unsaturated group shown by the formula (R1-R3 are H, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl; R4 is alkylene, phenylene, or aralkylene; X1 is O, S, carbonyl or imino; a is 0 or 1) at the ends and 1,000-15,000 molecular weight.
