PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, by lighting a plurality of light emitting elements at a specified sequence, irradiating the light on a material to be checked, and receiving the light from the material to be checked by a single light receiving element. CONSTITUTION:The light emitting elements L1, L2 and L3 on a light emitting array 21 are sequentially lighted, and the light beams are projected on a part 5 on an assembling table 4. The light beams reflected by the upper surface of the part 5 are received by the light receiving device 3. Based on the number of the light emitting element when the light receiving signal is obtained by the light receiving device 3, it is detected that whether the part 5 is located on the specified position on the table 4 or not. |
