PURPOSE:To increase the output from an engine in case of starting, and to prevent a stole by enlarging the opening of an idling-speed control valve set up into a slot bypass only by a fixed quantity when car speed is predetermined value or less and a clutch is worked. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit controlling the idling-speed control valve (ISCV) takes in car speed V at a step 100, and compares the speed with predetermined value B (3-5km/h) at a step 101. When car speed V is predetermined value B or less and the working of the clutch at a step 102 is decided, the quantity of correction Dcort of the control value of the ISCV is made fixed value C. When car speed V is the value B or more and the clutch is not worked at the step 102, on the other hand, car speed is subtracted in succession at steps 107-109 until Dcort reaches O. Control value DISC for feedback-controlling the number of revolution NE to target value NF is arithmetically operated at a step 104, and value obtained by adding the quantity of correction Dcort to the control value DISC is outputted as control value at a step 105. |
