PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a flaw on the surface of a plastic film by coating a soln. wherein esters are dispersed in water on a metallic sheet laminated with the plastic film. CONSTITUTION:In a metallic sheet laminated with a plastic film suitable to a material for a vessel, water or a soln. dispersed or emulsified with one or two or more kinds of saturated fatty acid ester and phthalic acid ester is uniformly coated on this metallic sheet by a method such as immersion or spray coating and roll coating. Thereafter water content is removed by drying due to hot air. In such a way, a flaw on the surface which is generated in a time of transportation, canning and processing, etc., is prevented without using an expensive electrostatic oil coater.
