摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain efficiently with a short time treatment an alloy material such as steel material superior in the quality by performing the heat treatment with a heat cycle in which the ratio of the solid solution amount to the solid solution limit is regulated to the specified range in the alloy materials containing elements capable of formig deposits. CONSTITUTION:In the heat treatment of an alloy material such as steel material, the heat cycle in which the ratio of the solid solution amount to the solid solution limit of the contained element capable of forming the deposits is regulated to the specified range is adopted. For example, the heat cycle is adopted, in which the range of the ratio c/s of the solid solution amount (c) of the incorporated elements capable of forming the deposits to the solid solution limit (s) satisfies the inequality: 1+0.25E/Q<=c/s<=1+4E/Q expressed by the solution enthalpy E of the deposits and the activation energy Q of the diffusion. By this heat treating method, the deposition progresses efficiently in the specified time and a product having superior quality is obtained.
